The Company

Our client is a leading Company in the solar electric industry. To strengthen their structure, we are seeking for a Plant Manager to join their Italian sites.

The Role

The successful candidate will join the Construction Department, serving different sites in Italy and abroad, and will be assigned with the following:

• Acting as a ‘working manager’ to provide field support for solar electric plants installed in Italy and abroad

• Managing a team of technicians and contractors to meet customer service level agreements

• Daily monitoring the plant, through preventive and corrective maintenance on site

• Coordinating the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services

Fluency in English and extensive traveling are required. Onsite assignments occur on a regular basis.

Salary & Benefits 

Base salary: 50,000 EUR/year. Secondment packages will be defined.
