The Company

Our client is a multinational company delivering renewable energy systems for large scale power plants. 

The Role

For the Italian offices based in Milan, we are seeking a HSE Manager with an Engineering Degree and a 5-7 years experience within Construction companies to work primarily in the ongoing and future projects developed in Italy by supporting the Project and Site Managers in the following:

• Implementing the Italian safety standards and regulations across the sites and the offices
• Administering Injury & Illness Prevention Program
• Creating internal plans, policies and procedures for the HSE discipline
• Working in to the hazard analysis
• Preparing safety qualification packages for customers
• Performing the site audits and the accidents investigations and provide recommendations for hazard abatement
• Interacting with the other HSE Manager in Europe and with external advisors in weekly meetings
• Reporting to the HQ and to the Operations Management in the HSE performance
• Maintaining the OSHA 300 log
• Collaborating with the Quality function to the maintenance of the ISO certification
• Communicating the Safety objectives to the customers, suppliers and all the involved parties

Safety certifications/exams, fluency in English and willingness to travel to job sites up to the 70% of the working time are mandatory requirements.

Salary & Benefits
 

Base salary range: 60,000-70,000 EUR gross/year. The successful candidate will participate to the Company incentive system.
