The Company

We are currently recruiting a Finance Director on behalf of a leading Private Equity backed support services organisation.

The Role

The role of Finance Director in this PE backed business will lead a finance function delivering robust financial controls and provide insight and vision into the organisation's strategy. Under new ownership with ambitious growth plans, the successful individual will need to demonstrate resilience, planning and adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. With responsibility for financial stewardship, statutory and regulatory reporting and liaison with the finance providers, the role will also embrace a commercial focus with the review of potential acquisitions, business case appraisal and financial planning. 

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate success within a fast paced, entrepreneurial organisation in the support services sector, in businesses with turnover ranging from 50 to 200 million Euro. With the possibility of an exit strategy in the medium term, experience of a successful IPO would also be a distinct advantage.

Salary & Benefits

With a basic salary of 90.000 Euro (Full package at 150.000) and a car allowance of up to 18.000 Euro, our client is keen to consider a sweat equity stake.
