Back Office Sales with Chinese

One of the world’s leading manufacturer and distributors of entertainment products, in expanding its Asian Sales Office is recruiting a Back Office Sales Specialist

Job Specification:

    Main Activities:
    - Provides product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
    - Assistance to the Sales Manager during business negotiations;
    - Processing orders;
    - CRM database maintenance;
    - Generate Sales Report;
    - Follow up Promotional Campaigns

    The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese; has a general knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and excellent knowledge of Excel with ability in creating reports and data analysis.
    He/She also has a knowledge of Crm software and Erp (Enterprise resource planning).

    Availability in long transfer in China.
